ISTO members sign a collaboration agreement to promote inclusive tourism.

PREDIF and the Fundación Peruana de Turismo Social will work together for different activities which will promote tourism access in Spain and Peru.

Network development between ISTO members and the tourism sector is one of the actions carried out by the International Social Tourism Organisation (ISTO). On this occasion, ISTO served as a platform so that PREDIF from Spain and the Fundación Peruana de Turismo Social could join forces and allow more people to gain access to quality tourism and leisure.

In this context, both organisations have signed an agreement including various actions, such as: technical assistance in terms of accessibility, inclusion of the accessible tourism offer identified by PREDIF in the TUR4All platform, travel organisation, and many others.

The agreement was signed by both organisations in Spain, as part of their tour undertaken by the Fundación Peruana de Turismo Social representatives through Europe, which included a visit of ISTO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

That is how, last November 9, Charles E. Bélanger -ISTO Director- and Sabrina Urrutia -Communications Officer- have met with Richard Bazán and Julio Díaz, two representatives of the Peruvian organisation.

During the meeting, they exchanged ideas to continuously strengthen the relationship between ISTO and its Peruvian member. The meeting also served as an opportunity for the Foundation to learn about the physical space in which ISTO's activities are carried out worldwide.
