BoaPaz is a cooperative, created in 2017, which works for the empowerment of vulnerable populations through entrepreneurship, employability and productive linkages as well as culturalisation. The cooperative currently develops inclusive tourism actions where people with disabilities are part of the productive process. BoaPaz is focused on three segments:

1. Adventure, sports and recreation with the Costa Rican Institute of Sports
2. Welfare and health
3. TeamBuilding for companies.
