🎯 Session objective:

The European Accessibility Directive (2019/882), transposed into Spanish law by Law 11/2023, comes into force on 28 June 2025. This regulation will affect the products and services offered in digital environments by companies in the tourism sector: websites, apps, touch screens, self-service machines, electronic customer service, among others.

In addition to being mandatory, its application represents a strategic opportunity to improve the customer experience, reach a wider audience, strengthen brand reputation and anticipate future legal or certification requirements.

During the webinar:
